Impossible expectations
This refers to Mosharraf Zaidi's article, ‘What
does PM Sharif do next?’ (October 25). What the writer suggests is almost
impossible. How can you expect a 64-year-old man to suddenly start liking and
trusting those who do not speak the language he learnt (at his mother’s knee)? Or
those who were not born and bred in his home town? It would be a miracle if he
replaced his relatives and friends from positions of power in the country.
