Parking at Clifton Centre

Sir, This is with reference to the news item ‘Underground car park planned at Baradari’ in Dawn’s Metropolitan section on June 24. The Sindh minister for local government has been quoted as saying that except for the Faizee Rahimeen Art Gallery, parking charges in the city were Rs10 for cars.
I would like to inform him that at Clifton Centre, the contractor charges Rs20 for car parking. He should ask his department to take steps to end this daylight robbery.
