This is with reference to the U.S. ambassador's letter to various newspapers stating the U.S. position on the case. Among other things, the U.S. Ambassador states that a fair and public trial will be afforded to Dr. Siddiqui and she will be given every chance to present her defence. I would like to ask Ambassador Anne W Patterson if it is possible to find a jury in the U.S. which would be impartial in this case, considering the hatred spewed by U.S. media against Muslims in general and Pakistanis in particular. Even Mr. Barack Obama is having a tough time trying to prove that he is not a secret Muslim. because he knows how deeply prejudiced U.S. voters are against Islam.
