Solution to traffic jams

LETTER (August 23 2007): Since for all practical purposes, according to common perception, it's the US government which is running Pakistan. I request them to send some traffic policemen to control our traffic and eliminate the daily traffic jams which have made life so miserable for us.
Believe me, if they do this, our people will be so grateful they will even pray for George Bush to be made life president of the USA.
